Rain.

Wow. The floodgates have opened today! It is POURING outside. I'm praying it won't be this bad on Saturday, though they are calling for SCATTERED T-storms. I hope it's scattered AWAY from Philadelphia :) But it's all good...regardless of the weather, I'm marrying my love!

New honeymoon plans (speaking of rain): Key Biscayne in Flordia. Ritz-Carlton. Woot. I'm sure we'll enjoy the rain there too :)

4...days....away. Omg.

SO excited!!!!! :)

Let's Call This One: HOT

Wow. Last entry on July 1st- beautiful weather. Today...not so much. It's nearly 100 degrees outside-ugh! Anyway, other than the unpleasant outside temperature, things are going well :)

Recent news: I may be getting a new car. Not just for the sake of having a new car-- but to save money on gas (Which is only getting more expensive.....especially since I'll be commuting far to work every day once I'm married). It looks like it will be a 2010 Toyota Prius. That's right, a hybrid! I always assumed the cost of hybrid vehicles were super high...but the Prius is totally affordable...and is THE most fuel efficient vehicle currently sold in the US. As a plus.....it's a pretty hot-looking car...and really fun to drive :)

This is the color I chose: Blue Ribbon. It's pretty :) If all goes well...I'll have it by next week! JUST in time for our 12 hour ROAD TRIP to Georgia. We will save so much gas money!!!

I'm excited :)

"The sky could be blue, I don't mind, without you it's a waste of time"

It's the first day of July and the weather is perfect! The sun is shining, no humidity, just the right temperature, and a slight, cool breeze! I am praying that God gives me a day just like this on the 17th :) Here's hoping....BUT, no matter the weather is like, it will be perfect anyway because at the end of the day, I am marrying my best friend. That's what matters!

We received wonderful news yesterday that we were able to get a loan for our house--- Praise God!!! It has been such a trial these past few months...a roller coaster ride, really. One minute we had hope of getting the house done, the next....gone completely. And so the cycle continued. But we think the cycle is over now. Hallelujah :) I am so beyond excited about the house now. We have a decent sized row home...with so much potential. I can't wait until it's finished and we can actually accommodate guests and entertain on a somewhat regular basis. To actually have a place to put all our wedding gifts--sigh---oh, it will be wonderful! Currently they're stacked in Ivor's bedroom (the only livable room in the house...barely).

Anyway, I've been working on the slideshow we're going to show at the reception. It's been fun looking and pictures from when we were younger. My husband-to-be was adorable...we should have some good-looking kids ;)
